Cove Of Desire was founded in 1850 by a small British fleet that was looking for land along the Canadian Coast. They found a small bit of land along the edge of Newfoundland and named it Cove Of Desire. This was one of the many civilizations that the French and British did not fight over. The small settlement struggled throughout the years due to very few resources. There was a small Cod fishery off the south side of the settlement, but it didn't do much for the village. So, the founders sent their men into the wooded area to hunt. This is what kept Cove Of Desire alive, and this is why it's still a small village on the south tip of Newfoundland.

Anthony was always the first one to arise in the morning. Well... between him and his sister at least. His youngest sister and youngest brother were always up and forced off to the baby sitter's at around seven in the morning. That was a pain because Anthony was usually woken up by the disturbance that the twins made. They would wail, scream and cry so that they didn't have to go to the "Kiddie Spa" as Anthony's parents called it. Anthony really never had the slightest idea why his twin siblings wouldn't want to go to the Daycare. It had huge slides and swings and toys all over. Surely if Anthony were still a kid, he would adore going there every weekday morning.

This morning was different from the rest, to some it was just another lovely Monday morning, but to Anthony it was his parent's first day off in nearly three years. Of course, at about twelve o'clock, his younger sister, Savannah was going to be waking them up, because Anthony's mother promised to give her the shopping credit card. Most of the time, his sister was such a brat. She really only cared about herself half of the time. At least Anthony had skill fully escaped the house at nine this morning, so he didn't have to wake the twins up. He usually dumped that responsibility on Savannah.

Anthony often found himself in the park most mornings, even on the rainy ones, it never stopped him from grabbing an umbrella and skipping down to the lovely National Park. Today though, it was just a nice morning. The birds were chirping their souls out, a few whales could be spotted far out in the water, and a few elderly couples taking their time, strolling along the small paved path. Anthony probably looked the strangest out of all the sites. Like most mornings, he hadn't bothered to change. He was still in his blue and green, plaid pajama pants with his white, Heartbreaker shirt. It also didn't help that he was barefoot, he probably looked like he was on of those people who lived in one of those caves down by the shore. But, he was far from it. He had just taken the boat from his cozy Island home and tied it up at the harbor which was fairly close to the park, so there really was no deal in taking shoes with him.

The boy sat on a comfortable wooden bench, just near the edge of the park. He had a feeling today would be a good day for whale watching, so he brought both his camera and binoculars with him. He sighed gently, today was one of the few days he actually felt calm. That would most likely change if one of his friends came along the path and took a seat. Then he would probably get worked up and happy-go-lucky like he was yesterday night when his parents announced that they were having a day off today. His gaze fell upon a whale surfacing on the lovely, clear ocean water. He fragile smirk took over his lips as he took a photograph. Photography was one of Anthony's many loves. He didn'tt seem like the type to love pictures, in fact, he seemed more like that type who would hate them and roll his eyes at every person he saw taking a picture. That was where most people made their mistakes. They pretty much judged Anthony without caring to be his friend, that was one thing that had always pissed him off.
